REUNION HOST REQUIREMENTS

 

VENUE SELECTION REQUIREMENTS:

·         A minimum level of occupancy of 500

·         Air Conditioning

·         Bathrooms

·         Kitchen with sink, fridge, stove and oven

·         Indoor/Outdoor area for kid activities (preferred)


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOST FAMILY:

·         Breakfast for the reunion

·         Announcer/Emcee Reunion

·         Decorating before the event/cleaning up after

·         Returning clean committee-supplied items (table clothes etc.)

·         Decorations

·         Kid activities (games, snacks, crafts, etc.)

·         Door Prizes
